Information
You can take part in our GANZ TIEF OBEN retreat with or without yoga experience. The yoga sessions are designed so that there are options for all yoga levels.
The retreat takes place with a minimum of 6 participants and is limited to 12 people and the yoga sessions are taught in German.

SANSEVA Team
Our retreat will be led by two very experienced yoga teachers, Janina Lenzin and Astrid Füllemann. Janina and Astrid are part of our great hierYOGA team. hierYOGA is our yoga studio in the heart of Baden.
Janina is a naturopath and therapist. She supports people every day in her practice through holistic, trauma-sensitive counselling and therapy on the path to healing. In her yoga classes, she inspires with her mindful yet powerful teaching.
Astrid comes from the travel industry and knows the different individual needs of people. In her yoga classes, she combines ancient traditions with modern neuroscience. Her students are enthusiastic when she plays music and sings mantras.
Arrival – Sunday, 8 December 2024
- Individual journey to Arosa
- Transfer by Hotel Prätschli from Arosa railway station if travelling by SBB
- Check-in is from 2 pm
- Welcome is at 4 pm
- The first yoga session takes place from 4.30 to 6.00 pm
- Dinner together is at 7 pm
Departure – Thursday, 12 December 2024
- The last day ends after lunch from 12 noon
- Check-out is until 11 am
- Transfer by Hotel Prätschli to Arosa railway station on departure by SBB
Included
- 4 nights in the booked room category
