General provisions

The room reservation constitutes a legally valid contract. Cancellations will be handled in accordance with Article 160, Swiss Code of Obligations:

• Up to 28 days before arrival room cancellations are free of charge
• Cancellations made 27 days or more prior to arrival will be treated as a “no show” and will be charged for the actual nights booked, up to a maximum of three nights on a room/breakfast basis.
• Early departure and / or late arrival will be treated as a “no show” and the entire stay will be charged.

CANCELLATION INSURANCE

If you wish, you can take out cancellation insurance with us. The cost is 3% of the hotel arrangement.
