Best together
In the Locanda, our hotel guests meet walkers, locals and visitors from other hotels. Our restaurant is open to everyone and for some it is the first touchpoint with the Prätschli before they become regular guests.
Our kitchen
The meeting of different people is accompanied by popular specialities from the region and classical dishes. The refined meat fondues (Chinoise or Bourguignon) are particularly popular at the Locanda. Our fish fondue and a vegetarian version with vegetables do not contain meat.
Our wine cellar
Around 200 gems are stored in our treasury under perfect conditions, ready for you to discover and uncork: fine bottles from famous international wineries as well as selected insider tips, regional rarities and exquisite discoveries.
