General terms and conditions

The room reservation constitutes a legal contract. Cancellations will be handled in accordance with Article 160 of the Swiss Code of Obligations:

• Up to 28 days prior to arrival, cancellations of room reservations are free of charge
• Cancellations from 27 days will be handled as “no-shows” and the effective nights booked, max. three nights, will be billed on the basis of room/breakfast.
• Premature departure and / or later arrival will be handled as “no-show” and the entire stay will be billed.

On request we can offer you cancellation cost insurance. The cost is 3% of the hotel arrangement.
